That's the amount time it takes for me to get your transfers in the mail. The USPS may be having issues, causing additional delays.
What Sorts of Transfers do you offer?
At this point in time, we offer Screenprint and Sublimation Transfers, as well as Waterslide Decals.
What is the difference between the transfers?
Screenprint transfer- applied with a heat press and can go on any color of cotton, polyester, and blends.
Sublimation transfer- applied with a heat press. Must be applied to an item with poly content and be light in color.
Waterslide Decal- a decal activated by water. Perfect for tumblers!

I ordered the wrong transfer, can I cancel my order or return them?
We clearly label each transfer type in the title and description of the listing. We are unable to cancel or take returns if you ordered the wrong thing.
There was an error with my order. What steps do I take to get it rectified?
Oops! We are so sorry! As long as we are notified by email (email@example.com) within 7 days of your package being delivered, we will either refund or replace, your choice.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
We take every measure to package your items so that they arrive safely. The USPS is a mess right now, and sometime they lose or damage packages. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for their actions. Route insurance is an option if you would like the extra protection.
What is Route Insurance?
Route insurance is 100% optional, but 100% recommended. It costs a very small percentage of your total order. If your order is lost or damaged, they will refund you. You may then either choose to repurchase your items, or enjoy the refund.
